Job Overview In this role, you will be working with our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) division, assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, and providing them with the solutions they need to navigate their healthcare options. You will take inbound calls, answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, and offer personalized support to ensure that our customers have a seamless and positive experience. Key Responsibilities Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing clear and concise information about their coverage and options Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner Offer personalized solutions to help simplify the healthcare experience for our members Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and situations. In addition, you will need to have: Essential Qualifications 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to maintain your own internet with approved speed requirements and a secure work space free from distractions Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance is required in this role Preferred Qualifications 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare related field 6 months of work from home experience Healthcare certification (e.g. Med Assistant) a plus Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
