As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering top-notch service and support to our customers. **Role Highlights** * Earn a competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour, with opportunities to earn additional bonuses and incentives * Enjoy flexible work-from-home hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday * Participate in our fast 20-hour certification program to become a TurboTax Product Expert and earn a $310 bonus * Take advantage of our Turbo Bonus Boost, earning an additional $5.00 per hour from April 9th through 15th * Work with a dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS) to support your success * Build a schedule that suits your needs, with a minimum requirement of 30 hours per week **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service and support to TurboTax customers via phone, email, and chat * Answering questions and resolving issues related to TurboTax products and tax return software * Utilizing your problem-solving skills to empathize with customers and provide solutions that meet their needs * Collaborating with your SME and MPS to ensure seamless support and advocacy * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically * A strong customer-centric mindset, with a focus on driving innovation and delivering top-notch service * The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities * Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications * A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong desire to learn and grow in your career **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Previous experience in customer service or a related field * Knowledge of TurboTax products and tax return software * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate: * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically * A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on driving innovation and delivering top-notch service * The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities * Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
