Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will have the opportunity to provide sales, support, and customer service to some of America's top companies. You will navigate client systems, update customer information and orders, and select your own schedule, half hour by half hour. You will also have the freedom to choose the client you service and work from the comfort of your own home. Our online, instructor-led certification course will provide you with the training and support you need to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers via phone, email, or chat Navigate client systems and update customer information and orders in a timely and accurate manner Select your own schedule, half hour by half hour, to ensure a healthy work-life balance Choose the client you service and work with a variety of top companies Work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy the flexibility and autonomy that comes with it Access to an online, instructor-led certification course to enhance your skills and knowledge Requirements To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements: Pass a background check to ensure a safe and secure working environment Pass voice and other assessments to demonstrate your communication skills and abilities May be required to pass a computer check to ensure your equipment meets our technical requirements Pass our certification course to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of our systems and processes Provide a notarized affidavit of identity to verify your identity and ensure compliance with our policies May be required to take a drug test, depending on the client and their specific requirements Technical Requirements To work from home with blithequark, you will need the following equipment: A computer that meets our technical requirements Dual monitors, preferred but not required A phone with a headset (POTS and digital, no VOIP or softphone) Internet access (hardwired) A USB headset for clear and concise communication A quiet space to work, free from distractions and interruptions Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications Ability to navigate client systems and update customer information and orders High school diploma or equivalent required, some college or degree preferred Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or virtual environment Experience working with client systems and software applications Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications Ability to navigate client systems and update customer information and orders Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to helping our team members grow and develop in their careers.
