As a CSR, you will play a vital part in making a positive impact on our members' lives by being their first point of contact for questions about our service offerings. About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for resolving member concerns while ensuring requests are processed accurately and in a timely manner. You will be the primary contact for members, addressing their transportation questions and supporting them in their journey towards positive health outcomes. Our CSRs are given a structured protocol and scripts to document conversations, ensuring consistency in scheduling, modifying, and canceling customer reservations. Key Responsibilities Receive and document customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is correct in a timely manner Ensure all company procedures are followed Ensure accurate trip data is input into our systems Demonstrate a personal commitment to producing high-quality work Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation and resolution Multitask effectively and efficiently to extract necessary information from multiple systems Review and educate members on our services and their insurance coverage Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: A High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) 0-2 years of related experience 6+ months of contact center experience or customer service experience Strong organizational skills, written, and verbal communication skills The ability to type 35wpm or more Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite The ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers Preferred Qualifications While not required, having the following skills and experience will be a plus: Experience working in a fast-paced environment Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills The ability to work independently under general supervision Experience with customer service software and technology What We Offer At blithequark, we value our team members and recognize the importance of benefits for you and your family.
