Job Overview The Customer Service Representative APAC (Remote, Contract) plays a vital role in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships that drive campaign success and client satisfaction. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with a select group of named accounts to ensure seamless delivery of our services and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Your expertise in arenaflex offerings and ability to collaborate with internal subject matter experts will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving account growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with a select group of named accounts to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction Serve as a trusted advisor for our clients, providing expert knowledge on arenaflex offerings and services Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to deliver campaign leads and ensure clients are satisfied with the outcome Work closely with the Sales team from proposal to delivery, including identifying and ensuring delivery options, integrations, and other operational aspects Create and coordinate account documentation, including reports, RFPs, and other recommendations Accountable for post-sale account management and driving account growth through excellent customer service, delivery, communication, and onboarding Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Minimum two years of account management and/or customer success/service experience preferred Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage 30+ clients at once Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision Strong problem resolution skills and proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues Ability to work logically to diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate issues and recognize circumstances that require escalation Comfortable using and learning software, including MS Office (Excel), custom-built software, CRM, ticketing/tracking systems, and other tools Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong empathy for customers and their success Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded: Experience working in a remote or contract capacity, with a proven ability to manage your time and workload effectively Familiarity with demand generation and lead generation principles and practices Knowledge of APAC market trends and customer needs Certifications or training in customer service, account management, or a related field Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Communication skills : Ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders Problem-solving skills : Ability to diagnose and resolve client issues in a logical and methodical way Collaboration skills : Ability to work effectively with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations Time management skills : Ability to manage your time and workload effectively in a remote or contract capacity Adaptability skills : Ability to adapt to changing client needs, market trends, and internal processes Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
