About the Role In this full-time remote position, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, utilizing your excellent communication skills to assist customers with a variety of inquiries, including filing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues. You will also be responsible for making outbound calls to update customer information, collect payments, or inform them of upcoming renewals. Our ideal candidate is comfortable working in a high-call volume environment, is highly reliable, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Assist customers with filing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues Make outbound calls to update customer information, collect payments, or inform them of upcoming renewals Utilize your excellent reading and writing skills to accurately document customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously Maintain a high level of productivity and meet performance metrics, including attendance and reliability standards Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including start times as early as 7 AM and ending at 4 PM MST (8 AM-5 PM CST) Reliability and adherence to attendance standards A reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps A PC or laptop with at least Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS A USB headset for taking calls A dedicated, quiet workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions Excellent reading and writing skills Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including at least one weekend day per week (weekend shifts are shorter, from 7 AM to 12 PM) Solid PC skills, including data entry, systems navigation, and basic troubleshooting Must live in Wyoming or Kansas Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a related field Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems and software quickly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and inclusive work environment, as well as opportunities for growth and development.
