About the Role We are seeking a highly dedicated, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with the utmost respect, patience, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Assist customers with medical insurance questions, providing clear, concise, and accurate information to address their concerns and needs. Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions for future reference and follow-up actions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, fostering a culture of customer-centricity and continuous improvement. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of medical insurance and customer service best practices, contributing to personal and professional growth. Schedule and Training The schedule for this role includes working hours from Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. The initial training period, which covers approximately the first two weeks, will be from Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Please note that rotating holidays as needed are part of this role, ensuring that our customer service operations are always available to meet customer needs. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must be a resident of New York State. The ideal candidate will possess: Essential Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving customer complaints and issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using software applications for documentation and communication. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and concepts. Experience working in a call center environment, with familiarity with call handling software and technologies. Certifications or training in customer service, such as CSS or CCS. Bilingual or multilingual skills, to support diverse customer bases.
