Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions for future reference and quality assurance purposes. Schedule and Training The schedule for this role includes working hours from Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. The initial training period, which will last approximately two weeks, is scheduled from Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Please note that rotating holidays as needed are part of this role, ensuring comprehensive coverage and support to our customers throughout the year. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: Essential Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.
