Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with empathy and understanding Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining precise records and ensuring data integrity Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction Schedule and Training To ensure your success in this role, we offer a comprehensive training program. The schedule for this position is as follows: Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks) Note: Rotating holidays as needed, ensuring a healthy work-life balance Compensation and Benefits At blithequark, we believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work and dedication.
