Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support via phone and text. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will enable you to manage a moderate call volume, respond to customer inquiries, and perform various administrative tasks. With a focus on ensuring every customer receives exceptional service, you will be an integral part of our team, working to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide accurate information to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities In this dynamic role, your key responsibilities will include: Handling 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, and responding to text messages in a timely and professional manner Providing accurate information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary Creating and managing the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed Monitoring the crew's group chat during peak hours (11:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST) to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed Regularly checking and responding to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members Responding to guest reviews in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically Proficiency in using email, messaging apps, and phone systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service or scheduling is highly desirable, although not essential Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline Essential Competencies In addition to the above qualifications, the ideal candidate will possess: A strong customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote environment A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities A strong team player mentality, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and support the wider team Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
