Key Responsibilities Respond to all inbound inquiries (phone, email, and chat) from applicants with effective communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions. Provide technical assistance to applicants, guiding them through the application process and addressing any technical issues that may arise. Navigate our computerized system to respond to and/or troubleshoot applicant questions, utilizing your technical savvy to quickly learn new systems and processes. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy when interacting with applicants from diverse backgrounds. Become and remain knowledgeable about all arenaflex application programs to provide excellent applicant support and identify areas for improvement. Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of effective communication skills both orally and in writing. Technical savviness, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes, and adapt to changing technology and business needs. Strong ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect. Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a high level of organization and attention to detail, and adapt quickly to new challenges and priorities. Ability to work with a high volume of activity (phone, email, and chat), managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual abilities, with proficiency in English and one or more of the following languages: Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish, or other languages. Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule, with flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and priorities.
