Experienced Customer Service Representative for Health Texas Project – Remote near El Paso, TX, with Comprehensive Training and Competitive Compensation

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our Health Texas project by providing exceptional customer care and benefit enrollment services to our clients via telephone, IVR, and web-based portals. About the Role This is a full-time, hybrid/remote role that offers the flexibility to work from home after completing the initial training period. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from consumers, tracking and documenting inquiries, completing associated tasks, and meeting quality assurance and key performance metrics. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from consumers, including the general public, prospective enrollees, and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf, in accordance with all performance standards, policy, and procedures, and protocols. Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems. Complete associated tasks according to the established guidelines. Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics. Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download. Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities according to the established guidelines. Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed. Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures. Attend meetings and trainings as requested and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programs and systems. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 0-6 months of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Customer Service experience preferred. Must reside in the state of Texas, AND within 70 miles of El Paso. Training Requirements Must be able to work onsite on Day 1 for equipment training. Must be able to complete classroom and on-the-job training with no time missed. Must be willing and able to work with webcam on during training and other meetings as instructed by management. Home Office Requirements Reliable, high-speed internet service. Minimum 20 Mbps download speeds. Must be a traditional, wired high-speed connection such as cable or fiber. Must be able to connect your computer directly to your modem or router via ethernet cable, Wi-Fi connections are not allowed.
