You will take inbound calls, answer questions, and offer solutions to simplify their healthcare experience. Assist members with pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions and providing information on prescription insurance Take inbound calls and respond to member inquiries in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner Provide solutions to simplify members' healthcare experience, including troubleshooting issues and offering alternative solutions Receive necessary training to upskill and assist with inquiries, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare services Offer heart-driven service to millions of plan members, demonstrating a genuine commitment to their well-being and satisfaction Qualifications: Essential Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that enable you to deliver exceptional customer service.
