Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our customers via phone and text, 3 days a week. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for managing a moderate call volume, responding to guest reviews, scheduling for our crew, and monitoring our group chat during peak hours. Your excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving abilities will ensure that every customer receives exceptional service, and our internal team members are well-supported. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: Handling 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, and responding to text messages in a timely and professional manner Providing accurate information and support to customers regarding our services and general inquiries, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise Creating and managing our crew's weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed Monitoring our crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed Regularly checking and responding to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members Responding to guest reviews in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all feedback is addressed and resolved Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically Proficiency in using email, messaging apps, and phone systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills Previous experience in customer service or scheduling is highly desirable, although not essential Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Knowledge of scheduling software and systems, with the ability to create and manage complex schedules Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and trends to inform customer service strategies Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Communication skills : excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Problem-solving skills : strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically Time management skills : ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Technical skills : proficiency in using email, messaging apps, and phone systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly Adaptability : ability to adapt to changing circumstances, priorities, and deadlines, with a flexible and positive attitude Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
