Your key responsibilities will include: Interacting with players to provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services Troubleshooting technical issues related to computer/tablet/cell phone applications Responding to and processing inbound calls, real-time chat communications, and emails Communicating special marketing offers to VIP customers Providing timely feedback on service failures or customer concerns In this role, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values to our customers. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot technical issues, and work independently will be essential to your success. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred 2 or more years of inbound/support call center experience 1 or more years of remote work experience with set KPIs Reliable internet and ability to pass internet speed test Ability to travel to lottery headquarters once each quarter Advanced knowledge of computers and Windows Office Programs Experienced with troubleshooting internet connectivity, app, and browser issues Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor Attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong typing and data entry skills In addition to these qualifications, you should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have a strong work ethic, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous technical support experience If you have experience in technical support, you will be well-equipped to troubleshoot technical issues and provide exceptional customer service to our customers.
