Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for gig workers, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly in a professional and courteous manner. Provide detailed information about our platform and services to gig workers and potential users, ensuring that they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. Assist users in navigating our application and connecting with available shifts, providing guidance and support as needed. Document and track all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to our processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward gig workers at all times, providing a supportive and solutions-focused approach to issue resolution. Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to provide accurate and timely information to gig workers, ensuring that they are informed and empowered to make the most of our services. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or a related field is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting, with a track record of providing exceptional service and support to customers.
