Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to fill a 6-month contract-to-hire position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing account questions, and facilitating interdepartmental communication. This role offers a hybrid model, with the first 3 weeks of mandatory training taking place on-site, followed by the option to work remotely. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Address account questions, handle billing inquiries, and work through a ticketing system to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues Facilitate interdepartmental communication to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers and resolution of customer complaints Demonstrate a high level of care and urgency in all customer interactions, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall customer experience Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction targets and first-call resolution rates Essential Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Provider support role High Diploma or GED required Experience working through a ticketing system, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner Preferred Qualifications Bilingual - Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak Spanish as their primary language Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently Knowledge of broadband services, including fiber internet, wireless, and voice services Experience with customer service software applications, including ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Excellent communication skills , with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners Strong problem-solving skills , with the ability to resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment , with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously Strong technical skills , with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and troubleshoot technical issues Customer-focused mindset , with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding customer expectations Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
