Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in our customer service team, handling inbound calls in a high-energy environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively. Leveraging your active listening skills and probing questions to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Managing and overcoming objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn. Working with leading technologies and systems, with the support of a dedicated team of leaders and peers. Meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth and success of our customer service team. Ideal Candidate Profile This role is ideal for you if you excel at handling customer inquiries of varying types, are an active listener, and can leverage probing question skills to resolve issues. You should have a proven track record for hitting sales targets and be able to manage and overcome objections. Essential Qualifications Qualified applicants will possess: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities. Requirements for Remote Work To be successful in this role, you will need: A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work from home. Excellent Internet connectivity, with internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better). An in-house network and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates. A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app for company communications.
