Job Overview arenaflex is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join its team in Harrisburg, PA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to customers, addressing their concerns, and providing timely solutions. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering the opportunity to become a permanent member of the arenaflex team and grow your career in the customer service field. Key Responsibilities Taking new applications and processing payments via phone, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. Documenting customer concerns, issues, and inquiries, maintaining detailed records and following up on unresolved matters. Updating and changing account holder information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Performing basic data entry tasks, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Following up on mail and email correspondence, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Performing account maintenance tasks, including account changes, adjustments, and statement requests, ensuring seamless customer experience. Accurately explaining terms, conditions, and policies to customers, providing clear and concise information to address their concerns. Preparing reports, including CSR Daily Activity reports and cash out reports, to ensure transparency and accountability. Essential Qualifications 1+ year of consecutive customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints. Call center experience is not required, but is considered an asset, as it demonstrates your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions. 1+ year of experience working with computer systems, with proficiency in data entry and basic software applications. Positive demeanor and excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers. Strong attendance history and reliable transportation, ensuring your ability to work consistently and meet the demands of the role. High school diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of call center operations and customer service principles. Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with the ability to navigate complex systems and retrieve customer information. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
