About the Role In this critical role, you will be part of the Inbound Enactments group within the Merchant Services association, reporting directly to the Merchant Services Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to merchants, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their experience with blithequark is nothing short of exceptional. This position offers the unique opportunity to work from home, with the anticipation of transitioning to a hybrid model that includes both remote and in-office work once offices resume. The ideal candidate will be based in New York, USA, and be available to work full-time, 8 hours a day. Key Responsibilities Provide mentorship to colleagues to enhance their overall performance across all metrics, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree and have at least 2 years of experience working in an office environment. Your background should demonstrate a strong ability to diagnose problems and develop innovative solutions, a client-driven approach, and proficiency in working with individuals of varying technical skills. Experience with Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis is highly desirable, as is the ability to thrive in both independent and team-oriented settings. Preferred Qualifications A proven track record of leadership or team lead experience, with a focus on mentoring and developing team members. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply these skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service and support. Familiarity with the food delivery or logistics industry, although not required, is a plus.
