Key Responsibilities The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in our night shift operations, with responsibilities including: Assisting with the screening and monitoring of orders within our system to ensure timely and accurate processing. Supporting technicians with order closeouts, ensuring all necessary steps are completed efficiently. Handling internal escalations to guarantee orders are accepted and processed without delay. Updating information through data entry, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our records. Running reports and updating trackers as necessary to inform business decisions and operational improvements. Providing assistance with logistics and system-related issues, contributing to the smooth operation of our services. Managing inbound and outbound calls and emails from both internal and external customers, delivering high-quality service and support. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess: A High School Diploma or GED equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education. Preferred: 1 year of customer service experience, although exceptional candidates with less experience may be considered. Effective oral and written communication skills, enabling clear and concise interaction with customers and colleagues. The ability to follow through on tasks, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Independence in work, with a willingness to research and suggest creative solutions to challenges. Adaptability and a quick learning ability, essential for grasping new instructions and adapting to change. Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, facilitating efficient data management and communication. The ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency when necessary, ensuring customer needs are met promptly. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required, to support our 24/7 operations.
