Job Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and closing out maintenance orders, verifying details of completed work, and providing cross-functional support in logistics and system operations as needed. This position offers the flexibility of remote work after completing an initial training period at our office location in Green Bay, WI. To be eligible for this role, you must reside within a 45-minute to 1-hour commute from Green Bay, WI, and have a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace. Key Responsibilities Assist in screening and monitoring orders within our system to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with technicians to facilitate order closeouts and resolve any discrepancies. Handle internal escalations to ensure timely acceptance and processing of orders. Perform data entry tasks to update information and maintain accurate records. Generate reports and update trackers as necessary to support operational needs. Provide assistance with logistics and system-related issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance. Manage inbound and outbound communications with internal and external customers via phone and email, providing professional and courteous support. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED equivalent as a minimum educational requirement. At least 1 year of customer service experience, although preference will be given to candidates with more extensive experience. Effective oral and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues professionally. The ability to follow through on tasks, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Independence in work, with a willingness to research and suggest creative solutions to challenges. Adaptability and a quick learning ability to grasp new instructions and systems easily. Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The capacity to work under pressure and respond with urgency when necessary. Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required. Schedule and Compensation The schedule for this role includes: An initial in-person training period at our office in Green Bay, WI, Monday through Friday on a day shift schedule. A 12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. Compensation for this position includes $15.00 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential, offering a competitive rate for your skills and experience.
