About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to work remotely from Kentucky. As a remote employee, you must remain a resident of Kentucky, reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and perform all work within the state of Kentucky. Competitive pay and benefits Opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team A culture of belonging where you will feel valued and recognized The chance to make a real difference in the lives of pets and their owners Opportunities for growth and development Key Responsibilities Engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact blithequark for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers and provide exceptional service Thinking critically and creatively to help customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards Collaborating with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multi-task and think critically Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on the lives of pets and their owners Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a pet-related industry or with pets Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations Experience with customer service software and technology Bilingual or multilingual skills Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
