Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment. Previous experience in premium retail, travel, hospitality, or embassy/consulate relations is highly desirable. Fluent English language skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities, including clear written and verbal communication.
