Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to fill a 6-month contract-to-hire position. The successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive 3-week training program, which will be conducted on-site, 5 days a week, with hotel accommodations provided. Following the training, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and be part of a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in onboarding new customers, addressing account inquiries, and facilitating seamless communication between departments. Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize a ticketing system to manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns Handle billing inquiries, account questions, and other customer-related issues with care and urgency Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve customer issues efficiently Consistently demonstrate a high level of customer care, empathy, and understanding in every interaction Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, including fiber, wireless, and voice internet services, to provide accurate and informative support to customers Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications or internet service provider industry Prior experience supporting fiber, wireless, or voice internet services is highly desirable Experience working with a ticketing system, with the ability to manage and resolve customer issues efficiently High school diploma or GED equivalent required Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are highly valued and considered a significant asset Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Familiarity with customer service software and technology, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
