Job Overview In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing phone support to patients, handling new and existing medication requests, and coordinating with internal teams, insurance companies, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless processing of specialty medications. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, and your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in delivering top-notch service. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and process new patient medication requests and reorders, including verifying and updating benefits Assist patients in interpreting and entering new or refill prescriptions into our pharmacy data system Communicate with patients to collect copay amounts, obtain authorizations, and resolve any issues related to their medication Collaborate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to monitor, identify, and resolve orders with debt claims or clinical issues Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that patients' financial and clinical expectations are met before medication fulfillment Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree and have a minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing position, handling complex customer needs via phone.
