Key Responsibilities In this critical role, you will be responsible for: Providing excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals via outbound calls, ensuring timely resolution of patient cases and prescription orders Conducting thorough research and analysis of patient accounts to identify opportunities for prescription scheduling or refills, leveraging strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Processing cases efficiently, meeting or exceeding the core metric of 11 tasks per hour, to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient support Utilizing Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet software to manage patient data, track progress, and identify trends or areas for improvement Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex patient cases, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution Maintaining a quiet, focused, and distraction-free work environment, adhering to arenaflex's remote work policies and procedures Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: 1 year of experience as a customer service representative or call center agent, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service 1 year of experience in inbound calling, with strong communication and interpersonal skills 1 year of experience in healthcare, insurance, or claims, with a solid understanding of the industry and its complexities High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and problem-solving Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet software, with advanced skills in data analysis and management Previous experience in a remote or home-based work environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, laws, and industry standards, with a commitment to compliance and quality Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet software Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
