Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support while representing our organization with professionalism and empathy. This is a remote opportunity, and we are looking for candidates who live within 50 miles of Whitestown, IN, Orlando, FL, Tempe, AZ, or Memphis, TN. You will be responsible for assisting patients and prescribers through inbound and outbound phone calls or web support, handling various inquiries, and serving as a liaison between patients and internal expert teams. Key Responsibilities Assist patients and prescribers through inbound/outbound phone calls or web support, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Handle various inquiries, including scheduling medication orders, order status updates, explaining patient benefits, resolving account issues, and billing inquiries, in a professional and empathetic manner. Serve as a liaison between patients and internal expert teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to deliver exceptional patient care and support. Participate in extensive paid training to ensure proficiency in blithequark systems and procedures, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in the industry. Maintain high call volume productivity, handling an average of 30-50 calls daily, while adhering to scheduled work hours and meeting performance metrics. Utilize strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with patients, prescribers, and internal teams, ensuring that all interactions are professional, empathetic, and patient-centric. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that enable you to deliver exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced virtual environment. The essential qualifications and requirements for this role include: High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care and support. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and navigating multiple systems simultaneously, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Ability to excel in a high-volume call center environment, with a strong focus on productivity, efficiency, and quality. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, prescribers, and internal teams. Organized with excellent time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Customer-oriented with the capacity to adapt to various patient perspectives, with a strong focus on empathy, compassion, and patient-centricity. Must be available to work within Contact Center hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 10:00 pm CST, and Saturday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm CST, with flexibility to work occasional overtime or extended hours as needed. Reliable internet connectivity and a dedicated workspace free of distractions required, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Must attend 100% of training within the first 90 days of employment, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
