A Taste of the Job As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting customers with their order and invoicing needs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in every interaction Managing our orders process, including order accuracy, pricing, invoicing discounts, and communicating with customers in a clear and timely manner Working with customers to address their inquiries and concerns, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service Collaborating with the team to maintain a positive and supportive attitude, contributing to a culture of teamwork and open communication Taking on additional projects as assigned, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to learn and grow Path for Success - Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our company values. These include: Successful completion of Grade 12, with post-secondary education being an asset Fluency in English, with bilingualism in French being a nice to have A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a role that involved working with an ERP system and sales administration/order entry A typing speed of at least 45 words per minute, with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office being an asset Efficient and effective working habits, with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and get things done in a timely manner A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to help others, demonstrating your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to practice active listening and respond to customer inquiries in a clear and concise manner Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities as needed A passion for our core values, including a commitment to leaving the Earth better than we found it Skills and Competencies In addition to the qualifications and experience listed above, we are looking for candidates who possess a range of skills and competencies that will enable them to succeed in this role.
