As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the Inward Body Shop in various aspects of its Approved Impact Program. The Body Fix Program is an integral part of Tesla's customer-centric approach, ensuring that customers receive top-notch support and service throughout their vehicle ownership journey. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Tesla's customer service, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities Work Planning Support: Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Body Fix Program, including coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners. Client Communication and Expectation Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between Tesla's Customer Guarantee Trained professionals and the Body Shop, ensuring seamless communication and managing customer expectations. Vehicle Appearance Arrangement: Coordinate with the Body Shop to ensure that vehicles are repaired to Tesla's high standards, including arranging for twist and CCC organization appearances. Rental Coordination and Handoff: Manage the rental process, including coordinating with rental agencies and ensuring timely handoff of vehicles to customers. Vehicle Announcements: Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status, repair updates, and other relevant information. Material and Supplies Reordering: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, reordering materials and supplies as necessary to ensure efficient repair processes. Repair Review and Delivery: Conduct quality control checks to ensure that repairs meet Tesla's standards, and coordinate with customers to arrange for vehicle delivery. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree from a professional school, preferably in a field related to crash repair or customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. The capacity to establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using various software applications to manage workflows and communicate with stakeholders. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. A willingness to work in a crash shop environment and be flexible in responding to changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in the automotive industry. Knowledge of crash repair processes and procedures. Experience working with Tesla or other electric vehicle manufacturers. Certifications or training in customer service, crash repair, or a related field.
