Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers daily and providing excellent service to ensure a positive experience. You will work in a variety of areas around the store, including the register, sales floor, and food program, and will be responsible for maintaining our high standards for store appearance. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience Run the register, process transactions, and handle customer payments Make purchase suggestions and promote products to customers Work with our food program to provide excellent service and maintain high standards Maintain the appearance of the store, including the sales floor, shelves, and exterior Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance and be punctual for scheduled shifts Work effectively as part of a team to accomplish daily tasks and goals Come up with creative solutions to problems and think quickly to offer suggestions Essential Qualifications Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform tasks at a quick pace Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a register High school diploma or equivalent required Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends Preferred Qualifications Retail and customer service experience preferred Sales associate or cashiering experience a plus Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn and grow Skills and Competencies Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive experience for customers Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform tasks at a quick pace Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a register Ability to think creatively and come up with solutions to problems Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
