Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of phone calls, emails, and chat messages daily, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous support to our customers. Track orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely updates and resolutions. Identify and respond to cross-sell opportunities, presenting our customers with relevant products and services that meet their needs. Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally, adhering to company guidelines and striving to retain and promote customer loyalty. Assist with order verification, damaged/lost package claims, and reshipments, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution. Essential Qualifications Dedicated office space with a computer, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset. Availability to work 7:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time, with flexibility to work overtime hours and weekends during holiday seasons. At least 6 months of experience working remotely, with a proven track record of productivity and self-motivation. Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, providing support through email, calls, chat, and social media. 1 year of experience working with Zendesk or a customer service ticketing system, with strong computer skills and data-entry/keyboard skills. Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, with bi-lingual skills being a plus. High school degree, GED, or equivalent work experience, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and more, with a strong understanding of their impact on customer satisfaction. Ability to manage and resolve conflict quickly and professionally, with a customer-first mindset. Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment.
