Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Agent with blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: Receiving inbound calls from customers and responding to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Utilizing various databases and written materials to look up and provide information to customers Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including quality and productivity standards Continuously improving knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications and requirements: High School diploma or GED required Minimum six (6) months customer service, administrative, or call center experience required Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak English clearly and professionally Bi-lingual candidates will receive priority consideration Proven experience working with a PC and a Windows environment required Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times required Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to organize simultaneous tasks Proven ability to work as a member of a team required Work from Home Requirements This is a 100% work-from-home position, and as such, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: Desktop or laptop with Windows 10, Intel Core i5 processor or higher, 8GB Memory, 256 GB Hard Drive, and minimum of 1 USB Gen 2 or newer Headset connection hard-wired (not wireless) Hard-wired internet connection (cannot use Wi-Fi) 1 RJ-45 for wired network connection Dedicated office space that is free from interruptions and distractions Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed requirement of 25/25 mbps 2 monitors What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
