Your key responsibilities will include: Handling inbound calls from cardholders, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns Maintaining up-to-date customer information in computer systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Resolving inquiries and authorizing sales, utilizing your problem-solving skills and product knowledge Building relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive work environment Utilizing proficient computer skills, including multitasking and using Microsoft Outlook, to manage your workload and communicate effectively Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: 6+ months of customer service experience or military equivalent , demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle complex situations To live within 2 1/2 hour commute of Cincinnati, OH , although this is a remote role, occasional in-person meetings may be required Proficient computer skills , including Microsoft Office and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies To be 18 years old or older , with a high school diploma or equivalent Willingness to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints , as part of our hiring process Legal authorization to work in the U.S. , with the ability to provide documentation as required Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications can help you stand out as a candidate: Prior experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of banking and credit card products Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with the ability to analyze data and drive business results Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
