Job Overview We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to fill a full-time position, starting at $18.00 per hour. The role begins with a 90-day onsite training period at our Orlando office, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Upon successful completion of the training and meeting all key performance indicators, you will transition to a remote work arrangement, working Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Key Benefits Competitive hourly rate of $18.00 Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, transportation stipend, 401(k), and more Casual dress code and hospitable work environment Free snacks and beverages available daily Opportunities for professional growth and development Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and texts to fulfill orders, address inquiries, handle complaints, and resolve issues Processing and managing order forms, including payment processing, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requests Identifying, escalating, and routing issues to the appropriate resources, and following up as needed to ensure resolution Properly documenting each customer interaction in the tracking system and maintaining accurate records Providing support for customer applications, e-learning offerings, and special projects as required Meeting assigned KPIs, complying with relevant laws and organizational policies, and assisting with system enhancements and procedure updates Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: High school diploma or equivalent 2-5 years of customer service experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, versatility, and multi-tasking Proven accuracy in completing repetitive tasks Punctuality, adherence to schedule, confidentiality, and integrity Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office Background check and drug screening Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the requirements listed above, the ideal candidate will possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Adaptability and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
