Job Overview This full-time Customer Service Agent position is primarily responsible for answering patient inquiries with exceptional customer service, while maintaining positive patient relations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing service to patients in a professional manner, communicating effectively, and resolving problems with patience and empathy. After completing our comprehensive training program, you will have the opportunity to work from home, with equipment provided by arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Communicate effectively with patients, providing concise and clear information to resolve their issues Learn and understand ETM software operation, billing and account operations, and other relevant systems Answer and document all telephone inquiries, researching and resolving problems with patients' bills Update patients' insurance coverage as needed, print courtesy claims and itemized statements, and rebill accounts after receiving insurance information Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed, and perform other duties and assignments as requested Essential Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment Ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously Strong communication skills (oral and written) Experience in retail and restaurant service is highly desirable, as it demonstrates your ability to work in fast-paced environments and provide excellent customer service Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Bilingual English/Spanish language skills Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or medical billing environment Knowledge of ETM software operation and billing and account operations Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Empathy and patience, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service Ability to learn and understand new systems and processes quickly Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
