As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities: Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans via inbound calls, providing clear and concise information about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Offer solutions to help simplify our members' health care experience, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a genuine concern for improving their quality of life. Utilize computer proficiency in Windows-based applications to efficiently manage member interactions and resolve issues. Maintain adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements, ensuring the confidentiality and security of member information. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Essential Qualifications: 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience. Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications. High School Diploma or equivalent. Must live within 75 miles of Las Vegas, NV. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner. Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life. Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards. Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence. Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.
