Key Responsibilities Take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions to help members better understand their coverage and options. Offer solutions and support to simplify the healthcare experience for our members, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a genuine concern for improving their quality of life. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting. Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. A High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette, professionalism, and the ability to exhibit patience and empathy.
