As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a close-knit team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that's always on the move. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Service Representative in our global airport operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering a consistently high level of customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and enjoyable experience at all touchpoints. Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a consistently high level of service at all contact points * Performing various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing (ATAc) * Working closely with and taking instructions from Team Leaders responsible for the flight/works areas/shift * Conducting relevant administrative tasks, such as ATAc, pre-flight, and post-flight departure * Representing blithequark by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at all times * Promoting and selling blithequark services and products to our customers * Attending and completing all mandatory training by given deadlines * Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at all times * Performing other reasonable duties as required by the post **All You'll Need for Success** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a range of skills and qualities, including: * Excellent interpersonal skills * A solution-oriented approach * The ability to resolve conflicts professionally within time constraints * The ability to handle a stressful environment effectively and work with minimum supervision * A strong customer focus and experience of face-to-face contact with customers * The ability to be a representative of the company at all times * A well-groomed appearance and adherence to uniform standards at all times * The ability and willingness to work in a shift environment (including weekends, bank, and public holidays) * Reliability and punctuality * Compliance with all blithequark policies and procedures * The ability to communicate both written and verbally to a high standard * A valid BAA airside pass * GSAT training * The willingness and ability to efficiently complete all relevant training * A valid DVLA driving license, with the ability to apply for a BAA driving license as and when required * The willingness and ability to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as and when required **Desired Qualifications – Education & Previous Work Experience** * PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email **Experience Free to Be Yourself at blithequark** At blithequark, we believe that our employees are our greatest asset, and we're committed to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment that allows everyone to reach their full potential.
