You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner, and working closely with our team leaders to ensure seamless operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide consistently high-quality customer service, ensuring a positive experience at all contact points * Perform various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing * Work closely with team leaders to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise * Conduct administrative tasks, such as Atac, preflight, and post-flight departure * Adhere to uniform standards and adopt a customer-centric approach at all times * Promote and sell blithequark services and products to our customers * Attend and complete all required training by the given deadlines * Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times * Perform other reasonable duties as required by the post **All You Need for Success** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities: * Excellent interpersonal skills * Solution-oriented approach * Ability to resolve conflicts professionally within time constraints * Ability to handle a fast-paced environment effectively and work with minimum supervision * Strong customer focus and experience with face-to-face contact with customers * Ability to represent the company at all times * Well-groomed appearance and adherence to uniform standards at all times * Ability and willingness to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public vacations * Reliability and punctuality * Compliance with all blithequark policies and procedures * Ability to communicate both written and verbally to a high standard * Possession of a valid BAA airside pass * GSAT training * Ability and willingness to complete all relevant training efficiently * Possession of a valid DVLA driving license, with the ability to apply for a BAA driving license as and when required * Ability and willingness to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as and when required **Desired Qualifications – Education & Previous Work Experience** * Proficiency in PC software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email **Experience Free to Be Yourself at blithequark** At blithequark, we're committed to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment that celebrates the unique talents and perspectives of our team members.
