You'll be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Your primary focus will be on providing accurate information, making updates to policies, and assisting customers with claims processing. Upon successful completion of training and meeting department eligibility requirements, you'll have the opportunity to transition to a remote work arrangement. * **Training Class:** The next training class is scheduled to begin on Monday, September 11th. * **Work from Home Date:** For those who meet eligibility requirements, the work-from-home date is October 30th. * **Schedule:** The schedule will be 11am-8pm, with one day off every weekend. * **Base Pay:** $17.00 per hour, plus participation in the monthly performance bonus plan if qualifications are met. * **Eligibility Requirements:** To work from home, you must have a designated workspace in a room with a door and high-speed internet. **Perks and Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being and career growth.
