Our team is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our event exhibitors, providing logistical support and ensuring their success. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and your creativity and problem-solving skills will be put to the test every day. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to exhibitor inquiries via phone, live chat, or email, providing timely and accurate solutions to their logistical needs. * Utilize on-the-job training to create a web-based portal for exhibitors to access event-specific information, showcasing your attention to detail and creativity. * Develop and execute exhibitor communications for assigned events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer satisfaction. * Assist with the collection of sponsorship deliverables for events, demonstrating your organizational skills and attention to detail. * Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, projects, and other duties as assigned. **Essential Qualifications** * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an event-driven environment. * Proven track record of creative problem-solving and a passion for finding innovative solutions. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs. * Strong time management skills, with a history of meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, valuing collaboration and teamwork. **Preferred Qualifications** * Multicultural experience and/or written and/or verbal multilingual language skills, especially fluent. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities. * Familiarity with event management software and systems. **Work Environment** blithequark offers a flexible work environment, allowing you to work remotely and enjoy a hybrid schedule.
