Job Overview We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Health Care Benefits Operations team at blithequark. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless processing of Medicare contracts, appointments, and verification of certification for external producers/agents. Key Responsibilities Process Medicare contracts, appointments, and verification of certification for external producers/agents to ensure eligibility to market Medicare plans. Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. May assist with background check review and documentation process. Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, transaction-based environment. Demonstrate empathy and compassion when interacting with customers. Qualifications Required Qualifications Experience working in a production environment. Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location. Ability to be empathetic and compassionate when interacting with customers. High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual language skills. Previous experience in a health care or insurance-related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential, as you'll be working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Compensation and Benefits The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.46 per hour.
