As a remote customer service representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working from the comfort of your own home in Florida. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote healthcare call center team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients and families, resolving missed visits or missed supplies, and assisting with all LTC (Member/Provider) calls. If you have a strong background in customer service, medical terminology, and experience working in a call center environment, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Healthcare Call Center (Remote) at arenaflex, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Assisting to resolve missed visits or missed supplies by reaching out to Providers for status/update authorizations, as needed * Assisting with all LTC (Member/Provider) calls, focusing on one call resolution and answering calls in a timely manner * Reviewing authorizations and assisting with correcting authorizations, as needed, to match the PCCP * Triage/routing calls correctly, unless the member/provider insists that they only want to speak to CC, the team will try to resolve issues brought up by the caller before the call is routed to CC or Sup **Performance Expectations** As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be expected to meet the following performance expectations: * Call Center metrics (Talk time, Hold, Aftercall), Schedule Adherence, and Call Quality scores 95% or above * Consistently provide exceptional care to patients and families, demonstrating a strong understanding of medical terminology and call center procedures * Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and improve call center performance * Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with patients, families, and healthcare providers **Qualifications/Skills Needed** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in managed care or a physician's office * Strong medical terminology skills and knowledge of healthcare procedures * Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Windows * High School Diploma or equivalent * Experience with LTC/Medical Authorization is a plus * Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote customer service representative at arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home in Florida.
