Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about making a positive impact on the healthcare industry, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our dynamic team. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Providing first-level problem resolution to member, provider, and broker inquiries via telephone, gathering and researching information, examining claim submissions, and resolving issues based on applicable policies and procedures. * Using knowledge of products and contractual provisions to provide customer service and education, interpret contractual language, and determine the need for managed care initiatives. * Delivering accurate information to customers in accordance with performance goals and objectives. * Maintaining customer records by updating account information using the business areas enrollment/inquiry tracking system and processes. * Participating in ongoing education related to new services, industry topics, and skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Answering member, provider, and broker inquiries via telephone, email, or chat * Providing education and support on health, financial, and self-service programs * Resolving issues related to claims, eligibility, billing, and benefits * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records * Participating in ongoing education and training programs * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Proficiency in using computer software and systems **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in customer service or a related field * Knowledge of healthcare products and services * Experience working in a call center environment * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Proficiency in using computer software and systems * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
