As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our members' drug plans, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and providing solutions to facilitate treatment. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service to plan members via phone calls, resolving issues, and answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions * Utilizing your problem-solving skills to find solutions that meet the needs of our members * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices * Adhering to HIPAA compliance and federal regulations **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting * Computer experience with Windows-based applications * Associate's degree or equivalent experience * Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner * Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism * Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence * Reliability and compliance with certain standards **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience working in a healthcare setting or with health insurance plans * Familiarity with pharmacy benefits and prescription management * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools **Training and Development** As a new hire, you'll participate in our comprehensive 6-week on-site training program, designed to give you a hands-on learning experience.
