Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative (Remote) at arenaflex, you will represent one of our leading healthcare clients, assisting members with their insurance-related needs. Your role will involve providing inbound customer support, greeting customers in a courteous and professional manner, and assessing all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address members' needs. You will be patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all your available resources to provide the best outcome to the member. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support to members with insurance-related inquiries, including benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures. Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address members' needs by maintaining a strong customer focus. Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all your available resources to provide the best outcome to the member. Be efficient in navigating multiple systems and deliver expert customer experiences with a smile. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation. You should have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, a verifiable High School diploma or GED, and basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. You should also be proficient in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and be eager to learn new technologies. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the healthcare industry or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a remote environment and manage your time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
