The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM. While this position is primarily remote, you must be flexible and available to report on-site if needed. Our office locations include Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, and Utica. **Compensation and Benefits** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of $16.29, increasing to $18.22 upon hire.
