We're constantly working to enhance the value and impact of our services, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **What Do Our Customer Service Representatives Do?** Our CSRs are the first point of contact for our customers, and they're responsible for resolving concerns in a courteous, knowledgeable, and empathetic manner. They enjoy making a customer feel confident that their concerns will be handled promptly and professionally. Some of the key responsibilities of our CSRs include: * Maintaining good customer relations both on the phone and in person * Gathering information from customers to help identify and solve problems * Confirming, scheduling, and rescheduling services for the customer * Setting sales appointments for new customers * Answering billing questions * Completing general clerical duties as assigned * Working as a team with Service and Sales to sell the value of our services and suggest upgrades to service * Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations **What Do You Need?** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Excellent listening and communication skills * A pleasant phone voice and the ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone * Demonstrated multitasking skills to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers * The ability to remain calm and work under pressure when busy and help other team members * Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn * Excellent organization and time management skills * Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed * Successful completion of a pre-employment background screen **Why Choose blithequark?** A career with blithequark can be a professional trajectory filled with opportunity.
