Key Responsibilities Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and effective communication, utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to service and retain customers. Simplify complex customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services, providing clear and concise explanations to customers. Engage with internal teams, such as Tier 3 support, and external partners, such as third-party vendors and suppliers, to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions. Handle various customer-impacting issues, including wireless local number portability, relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid services. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, such as voice and data problems, that span multiple networks and elements, keeping up-to-date with changes in technology and applications to provide the best possible solutions for customers. Get customers up and running with the latest products and services, including air cards, USB devices, and arenaflex-provided software and applications. Perform additional responsibilities, such as outbound calls, customer call-backs, Tier 2 ticket support, escalation investigations, and email follow-up, as required. Essential Qualifications Call center or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime as required. Advanced typing and keyboarding skills, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment that caters to a variety of customer situations. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations, defusing difficult customer situations and providing effective solutions. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a hybrid or remote environment, with a strong understanding of the importance of self-motivation, discipline, and time management. Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including wireless, internet, and phone services, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and applications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide effective solutions for customers.
